Eva-Dry EDV-365 Air-Dry System

I'm replacing the same system I purchased several years ago. The canisters will no longer dry out to yellow and haven't for the last couple of years. Is there anything I can do to salvage the old ones?

I own the blower base. Bought an extra cylinder to maintain rotation coverage. It arrived and the cylinder didn't fit the base correctly — the contacts didn't align.
