Changed your mind?

We hope you’re happy with your Eva-Dry purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.


How to Start a Return

Include your order number, and our team will provide clear return instructions.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Products must show no visible signs of use or damage

  • All parts and accessories must be included

  • Proof of return shipment must be provided within 30 days of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.

In most cases, returns will be sent to the address below. However, some returns may require a different destination. Please follow the instructions provided by Customer Service.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the eligibility requirements above.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Products Not Working as Expected

Many product issues can be resolved quickly without a return. If your product isn’t performing as expected, please contact our Customer Service team using the form at:

Used products that are not faulty are not eligible for return.


Refund Timing Questions

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your account or statement again—refunds can take several days to post

  2. Contact your card issuer, as processing times may vary

  3. If the issue persists, call us at (877) 382-3790


Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and may not be able to be canceled once placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact Customer Service as soon as possible via the contact form or by calling (877) 382-3790. While we may attempt to stop shipment, cancellation is not guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped:

  • You may refuse delivery, or

  • Return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (return shipping costs apply)
