Eva-Dry ships orders quickly and carefully to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, timing, and coverage.


Shipping Rates & Eligibility

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $150

  • Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 United States only

  • Shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada

Shipping rates for eligible destinations are calculated at checkout.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed the next business day, Sunday through Thursday (excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are processed the following business day

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Times & Delays

We make every effort to ship orders promptly. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or transportation issues.

While we work closely with our shipping partners, Eva-Dry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.


Lost Packages

If you believe your package is lost or hasn’t arrived as expected, please contact our Customer Service team using the form at:

We insure shipments while they are in transit. Once a carrier confirms delivery to the provided shipping address, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.


Damaged Items

We take care to package all orders securely. If your order arrives damaged, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.


International Orders & Warranty Coverage

Eva-Dry accepts orders and processes warranty claims within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

International orders placed through third-party platforms may be subject to additional shipping costs for warranty-related replacements or returns. All purchases are processed in U.S. dollars.
