Warranty Coverage by Product Type

Renewable Silica Gel Products
Eva-Dry renewable silica gel moisture absorbers are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This coverage applies to the following models:
E-250, E-333, E-500, E-365C, and EH-300.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or damage resulting from modification, disassembly, or repair by anyone other than Eva-Dry. -
Powered Products and Sensors
Eva-Dry powered products and sensors are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This coverage applies to the following models:
EDV-1100, EDV-1200, EDV-2400, EDV-4000, Dewplanter by Eva-Dry, EDH-10i Temperature and Humidity Sensor, and the EDV-365 Blower Base.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or damage resulting from modification, disassembly, or repair by anyone other than Eva-Dry.
Register Your Product
To activate warranty coverage, Eva-Dry products must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
Product registration helps us verify coverage, provide faster assistance if you need support, and keep accurate records for warranty service. Registration is straightforward and only takes a few minutes to complete.
*Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
